Dear Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority,

Can you please supply all copies of all project reports (specifically the Project reports mentioned in your Funding Agreements, for Low Emission Transport funding received by Holiday Parks Association New Zealand. This should include the operational data for the first 12 months of the project, and the project close-out interview.

Specifically, this should include the following projects:

30x Chargers - Supercharging Holiday Parks - Round 6

and

50x 22kW AC chargers, costing $440,000, as part of this project -

If these projects are the same, please include an explanation as to how the scope has expanded or changed.

I acknowledge receipt of your official information request dated Friday 10
February 2023. You have requested the following information:  

 

Can you please supply all copies of all project reports (specifically the
Project reports mentioned in your Funding Agreements, for Low Emission
Transport funding received by Holiday Parks Association New Zealand. This
should include the operational data for the first 12 months of the
project, and the project close-out interview.

We received your request on Friday 10 February 2023. We will endeavour to
respond to your request as soon as possible and in any event no later than
Friday 10 March 2023, being 20 working days after the day your request was
received. If we are unable to respond to your request by then, we will
notify you of an extension of that timeframe.  EECA will come back to you
as soon as possible if we need to rescope the request. Please note, the 20
working day statutory deadline will restart from the date after the
request is clarified.
