The statement "At the time of budget approval, officers estimated that the charger network would make a profit and have a positive Net Present Value (NPV)." requires further information.
1. Can I have a copy of the business case including Net Present Value calculations and risk register (or similar) for this initiative.
2. Hs the NPV been reviewed and updated? Is the revenue projections on target?
