Re: Official Information Act Request – Holiday Parks Associations LETF funding
Thank you for your request lodged via FYI.org.nz on 10 February 2023 in which you requested
information under the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA). You requested:
All copies of all project reports (specifically the Project reports mentioned in your Funding Agreements,
for Low Emission Transport funding received by Holiday Parks Association New Zealand. This should
include the operational data for the first 12 months of the project, and the project close-out interview.
Specifically, this should include the fol owing projects:
1. 30x Chargers - Supercharging Holiday Parks - Round 6
2. 50x 22kW AC chargers, costing $440,000, as part of this project -

If these projects are the same, please include an explanation as to how the scope has expanded or
changed.
EECA’s response below:
1. LETF Round 6, Holiday Parks
This project has been delayed because of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The Six- and twelve-monthly reports
are yet to be completed because of these delays.
Therefore, this part of your request is being refused
under Section 18(e) – that the document alleged to contain the information requested does not exist.
