As advised on Tuesday, we are still in the process of collating all of the
information requested, and I am working with staff and elected members on
that. However, I am able to provide you with some of the information now.

 

Please find attached copies of communication between Council officers and
Mevo personnel on the subject of Traffic Resolutions for onstreet spaces

Hello Mark,

 

Further to my last email, I can confirm that the Council’s elected members
have now all advised me that they have had no direct contact with Mevo,
either to or from, concerning the traffic resolutions for the onstreet
parking spaces.

 

The last part of your request asked for copies of the relevant traffic
resolutions. Those resolutions took place as part of the meetings in the
attached links, and can be found in this way:

It should be pointed out that Mevo do now not use all of these spaces, and
other providers have taken the released spaces on.
