Hi Erik,

I can confirm that the left column is largely correct. The only issues are the red item – we had already started work when this was received (site visits already completed by consultant/etc.) so we cannot honor that request – and the use of the word “approval” is still too strong. Council will facilitate the evaluation of these spaces by our management and Councillors.

As for the second column, those are the dates we are working to, but there are political and consultation processes to manage. We certainly hope to meet the ones you have listed.

Column three seems ok!

Separately I have some good news and some bad news.

Good news:

<![if !supportLists]>-       <![endif]>We have confirmed Ballance/Maginnity and Willeston will be considered on August 3rd by Council.

<![if !supportLists]>-       <![endif]>The contract is well under way

Bad news:

<![if !supportLists]>-       <![endif]>The use of 22kw chargers at all sites has been declined so we will have to go with 3kw chargers and a footpath restitution fee/bond of some sort. Can talk more about this once the priority work is out of the way, but given the consistent nature of the response we’ll have to just establish this as the modus operandi.

Cheers,

Tom

Hi Tom

Thank you for letting me know. Following Baz's advice, can you please confirm the above project plan (table sent on the 3rd) is correct in WCC's eyes?

For the whole project, I need to know exactly what is required of Mevo and when. Along with, what and when WCC is committing to delivering. Confirming the table is correct or making edits and returning the table will provide us this clarity.

Cheers

Erik

Hi Baz, Moana and Tom

How are you getting on with this? We need WCC to confirm that these are the sites we are going ahead with before we go back to WE and request even more work from them. Please let us know by end of day as it has now been 9 days without a response.

Kind regards

Erik

Hi Baz, Moana, and Tom

Please see the most up to date project plan with actions. Can you please confirm this is correct from your side? I have added our understanding of your emails to this, and request we keep to bouncing a table back and forth to keep things clear.

I would like to get this to a point in which we have clear and defined dates asap for all spaces to take us through to the end of the year. Tom, your suggestion of Pending Councillor approval is fine. When can we expect to have these dates confirmed?
