Hi Tom

Thanks for the update, great stuff!

I think at this stage we'll look to have cars in the next four locations in early February. We'll make sure and give you plenty of notice once we firm up our timelines as the summer progresses.

We've done some research on our member base and it looks like we will be pretty dead over 2nd half December/Jan. In line with this, I also wanted to see if WCC had any view on us doing some specials for longer trips on the fleet over this period? I know there are limits in the policy, but as our data indicates that >95% of our member base will be out of Wellington for at least a week between Dec 15 and Jan 15, it seems prudent to try and send some proportion of the fleet with them on some longer hires (days to weeks).

Let me know if you have any thoughts on this, keen to discuss if you have 10 mins for a phone call at some point.

Cheers

Finn

Hi all,

I’m sure this is an incredibly busy time for you what with your big launch next week. Best of luck for that. Today two more traffic resolutions went through – Tinakori Road and Tennyson Street. This means your outstanding locations are:

Kelburn Parade

Oriental Parade

Roxburgh St

Tasman Street

Outside of contract, requiring a variation:

Tennyson Street

Tinakori Road

Can you indicate what your ideal deployment timelines are for these? Be conscious that December is a blackout for roadworks and January is slow. It takes ages to get this work done so I’d like to get a sense for what works for Mevo.

Best,

Tom
