Hi all,

We can’t be involved. My apologies.

We have directed you to the information that officers can provide but giving any advice on submissions would be inappropriate for a Council officer.

Cheers,

Tom

Subject: Best way to gather public support?

Hey Tom, Moana

We're just doing some planning around the upcoming traffic resolution process, and we'd like to give our engaged community (early users + waitlist) an easy way to submit their support for the TRs once it goes out in the Dom.

We'd love to have your input on this to make sure that we're doing it in a way that makes sense for the Council. Our current thinking (totally open to change) is to have a webpage on our site that gives people the option to either put their name and details against a templated letter we'd display, or link them off to the WCC "Have your say" page for submitting online if they have a detailed opinion to express.

I've attached a draft templated letter as a starting point - we'd collect their details through a web form and submit to WCC on behalf of supporters who fill out the form on our site.

Does the above make sense and sound like it would work okay? If not, any ideas on what would?

Keen to hear your thoughts.

Cheers

Finn
