The OIA requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no
later than 20 working days after the day we received your request.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit and we are
therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to make our
decision, to 22 December 2023.

 

This extension is necessary consultation necessary to make a decision on
your request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably be made

Thank you for your recent reply- C55168 for providing the current CAC's
member list.

To ensure public transparency and given these information are already made
public available through my recent OIA request, may I kindly suggest the
Board or REA to consider publish the current CAC member's list on your
website.

During the course of the years, I have encourage many different
organisations to be more open and more transparent. For example, the
teaching council now published their CAC members online.
