2023 to the Real Estate Authority (REA).

 

We understand you have requested the following information:

“May I ask how did you call for public nomination and on what platform you
have call for public nominations, e.g. govt.jobs website. Also, how many
applications you have received from the public and how many you have
received from other nominating agencies such as TPK or Ministry of women
etc. further, how many you have shortlisted. When you expect the
recruitment process will concluded. May I have the name of current member
and their term of appointment. Also the term of reference of this
Committee.”

We will respond to your request as soon as we can and by no later than 14
August 2023, being 20 working days from the date we received your request,
in accordance with the Official Information Act 1982.

 

We will provide the response by email to this address.  If you would
prefer another method, please let us know.  Please also do not hesitate to

I refer to your official information request below dated 27 February 2024.

The OIA requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no
later than 20 working days after the day we received your request.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit and we are
therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to make our
decision, to 9 April 2024. We will respond to your request before this
date if possible.

This extension is necessary because consultations necessary to make a
decision on your request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably
be made within the original time limit.

You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
