Additional Select Committee Responses for Approval 
1.1 Background 
1. The Board considered and  approved REA’s responses to the 2020/21 Select Committee
Questions at the February 2022 Board Meeting. 
2. REA  received further questions from the  Select  Committee. Our  responses to these
additional questions were saved in  the BoardPro Governance Folder here  for Board
consideration and approval (see Governance Folder/2022 Board Papers by Written
Procedure). REA’s responses are due to the Select Committee on 14 March.
3. The Board was invited to provide feedback on, and/or approve the additional responses to
further questions raised.
1.2 Recommendations to the REA Board 
Recommendations 
It was recommended that the Board: 
a. Approve the responses to the additional Select Committee questions by
written procedure by 10 March 2022.
Outcome: Approved 
1.4 Minutes in review
