Confirmed Minutes  
Approval of the REA Quarterly Report to the Minister for 
the period 1 October – 31 December 2022 (Q2) by 
written procedure   
 
1.  In  the  absence  of  a  January  Board  meeting  the  Board  was  presented  with  the  draft  Q2 
report to the Minister for review, feedback and approval out of cycle by written procedure. 
 
Recommendations to the REA Board 
 
Recommendations 
2.  It was recommended that the Board: 
a.  Review and provide feedback, if any, on the draft Q2 Report to the 
Minister 
b.  Subject to the above, approve the Q2 Report to the Minister to be sent on 31 
January 2023.  
 
Outcome  
3.  The Board provided feedback on typographical amendments  and  approved the report to 
be sent to the Minister on 31 January 2023.

4.  Minutes were confirmed at the Board meeting on Thursday 16 February 2023.
