July 2025, being 20 working days from the date we received your request,
in accordance with the Official Information Act 1982.

I am emailing in respect of two OIA requests you have made to the Real
Estate Authority:

 

 1. Current REA organisation chart, including names and titles for all
customer facing teams
 2. REA board meeting minutes from 1st Jan 2024 to 22nd Jun 2025,
including any related documents, reading materials, or attachments
associated with these minutes.

 

Are you available for a phone call to discuss your requests? 
Specifically, we would like to confirm your eligibility for making a
request under section 12(1) of the OIA, and the scope of your second
request.  We would need a lot of time to respond to your request for board
minutes and the board packs as there are thousands of pages of documents
for us to review.  We may be able to provide a timelier response if we
knew more about what information you are seeking.
