REA’s Draft Q2 Minister’s Report for Approval 
1.1 Background 
1. As agreed at the December Board Meeting, REA provided to the Board the draft Minister’s
Report for review and approval out of cycle by written procedure. 
2. The draft Ministers Report and Cover paper were uploaded to BoardPro here.
3. The Report was due to the Minister by 10 February 2022, so approval and any comments
were sought by close of business 8 February 2022.
1.2 Recommendations to the REA Board 
Recommendations 
It was recommended that the Board: 
a. Approve the draft report to the Minister for Q2.
Outcome: Approved 
1.4 Minutes in review 
Minutes were confirmed at the Board meeting on Tuesday 22 March 2022.
