Design documents for the proposed Eastern Green Route cycle way from Devonport to Takapuna

Dear Auckland Transport,

I would like copies of the design documents for the Eastern Green Route - a cycle way from Devonport to Takapuna. This design was developed by Brian Hoorspool, an Auckland Transport staff member in late 2015 through and early 2016.

I would like copies of drawings, documents such as reviews, commentaries and analysis, costings and internal and external correspondence on the project.

I already have a copy of a memo from Patrícia Vasconcelos to Kathryn King dated 19 February 2016 but I am looking for more detailed information.

For example, how was the route determined, what trades offs were considered, how the cost of $5.7m was determined and how the cost was split among the various works required.
