I am writing to request information under the Official Information Act 1982 relating to Shiloh Christian Academy in Motueka, Nelson, particularly during the period from 1980 to 1997 (or the full period for which records are held).
Given recent public disclosures and findings from the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Abuse in Care, I am seeking information regarding the oversight, monitoring, and regulatory actions taken in respect of this school.
Specifically, I request:
1. **Education Review Office (ERO) Reports**
* Copies of all ERO review reports relating to Shiloh Christian Academy.
* Any draft reports, internal assessments, or correspondence relating to those reviews.
* Any findings relating to student safety, discipline practices (including corporal punishment), or complaints.
