Number of complaints or incidents concerning the unformed legal road section of Te Toiroa road

Steve Marshall made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Steve Marshall to read a recent response and update the status.

From: Steve Marshall

Kia ora New Zealand Police,

The unformed legal road section of Te Toiroa Road is near Ngunguru, in Northland. It runs between the formed part of Te Toiroa Road and the end of Pukenui Road. It's a single-lane track crossing an escarpment. Signposting indicates that it is shared by walkers, cyclists, horse riders, motorcyclists, and other motor vehicle drivers.

I'd like to know the number and type of vehicle-related incident complaints made to the police concerning this track (legal road) from mid-2018 to the present.

ka kite,
Steve Marshall
