Good morning Rhys,

Thank you for your Official Information request.

You have requested,

“copy’s of any documentation including tenure review, conservation area
access negotiation,  to the Ben Oahu conservation area that have been made
with Ferintosch station and particularly Mrs Marion Seymour and any other
party's that may have had involvement”.

I would like to clarify and confirm whether the information you have
requested relates to the Ben Ohau Conservation Area (separated and south

Hi Rhys,

I am interpreting your request as twofold:

Information on:

1. Access negotiation between DOC and Ferintosh Station to Ruataniwha Conservation Park; and
2. Access negotiations to Ruataniwha Conservation Park as a part of the Tenure Review of Ferintosh Station.

Can you please confirm if this is correct?

Many thanks,

Jeremy
