Under the OIA I request copies, from the last 4 years, or all reports, meetings notes, assessments, or communications regarding improving the link between the Melling to Petone cycle path and suburbs to the east of Dowse drive (eg via Wakefield St) - including but not limited to a level crossing to Scales Lane and any communications, reports, notes or correspondence with Kiwirail over this option.
