Hello Jem,

As per my colleagues email below, your request is with the Council's Assurance team for evaluation and response.

To enable us to better work through what it is you really want from this request, and provide the right information, can I inquire as to the reason for the request, and the depth of detail you require in the response, please? Are you just after the most recent Matariki festival period (2019), or do you have a range which you are looking for?

I ask as the Council does not hold a 'catalogue' of the media records it has made of Matariki festivals, which would normally be a point under which the Council could refuse your request under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA), section 17(e) - that the requested document does not exist. We would prefer to be able to work with you and be able to provide you with an useful answer to your questions.

I look forward to your reply.

Kind regards

Chris
