I have serious concerns regarding the handling of my recent request for official information regarding Vote Health.

Please provide a copy of ALL KEY DOCUMENTS relating to the handling of this request.

I anticipate that this request should easily be completed within 20 working days and would be surprised if you needed an extension.

I would be happy to sharpen the scope of my request if it would expedite matters.
