Many thanks for the link but, in my opinion, the Council’s Community Wellbeing Fund Framework mentioned in the delegation report should also be included in my request. I also note that 'ranking of applications' has been presented to meetings of the committee. How have these decisions been made etc. Could you also please include a copy of the Accountability reporting responsibilities?
