Dear Invercargill City Council,

Guys,
I’m going to be very direct about what I’m requesting. If the information
isn’t available, that’s fine — but I am seeking clear answers.
In regard to the smart city infrastructure that has been rolled out over
the last five years: around the same time, a deal was made with Lockheed
Martin and SouthPAN regarding precision tracking for “lifestyle” purposes,
reportedly valued at over $1.1 billion. It is abundantly clear to me that
this was not the full picture.
From what I understand, some form of surveillance grid has been in place
for approximately five years. Based on what I’ve read, and material i have
viewed ,it has the capability to track biometric data and may be equipped
with advanced dew weapons . Lockheed Martin is not known for producing
lifestyle technology — they are known for developing systems such as
active denial systems.
This system appears to operate in conjunction with telecommunications
towers and broader smart city infrastructure. From my understanding, it is
either already integrated or will be fully integrated as this AI-driven
smart grid continues to roll out.
I find it very difficult to believe that no one within the city council is
aware of this. I believe it is time that some very real and serious
questions are addressed.
I have also recently come across concerning material relating to
substances reportedly being sprayed over South Invercargill. Additionally,
I note that Lockheed Martin is associated with major investment firms such
as BlackRock, and that smart city infrastructure has been rolled out by
companies including Spark and JPMorgan. Firms such as Vanguard and State
Street also hold significant shares in these entities, and appear
interconnected at a global level all of the latter have a very real
depoulation agenda going on this is public knowledge it can no longer be
discarded as conspiracy they openly talk about it
This is not being presented as a conspiracy, but rather as a concern based
on publicly discussed information. There are also widely known connections
between global organisations such as the World Economic Forum and major
financial institutions. (The CEO of Blackrock is also the vice CEO of The
wef )Given the timing of these developments following COVID-19 — an event
in which global organisations like the WHO and WEF had involvement — it
raises further questions given what has come out publicly in the epstein
files.
Based on this, I have concerns about the broader purpose of the smart city
infrastructure, and whether it functions not only as a control system but
potentially as a weapons system. The material I have recently reviewed
contains a significant amount of disturbing information a very significant
amount
I am involved in the legal field (though not based in Invercargill, I am
currently visiting family here), and I would like to formally ask whether
artificial intelligence platforms such as Palantir are being used in
conjunction with SkyGrid systems Skynet) and future telecommunications
infrastructure (including 6G) to assist in this depopulation agenda ?
While I do not necessarily expect a fully transparent response, I hope
that whoever receives this request will act with honesty and integrity.
I believe this situation will become publicly known in time though the
material i viewed has not been made public. I Expect this is all going to
come out at some stage. Southland appears to be heading down a concerning
path, and these global corporations who do not view humanity in the way
most people do are weilding significant influence over Nz politics and
also here in Southland , for the sake of future generations,
accountability is essential.Alot of people in positions of trust and power
in this country need to take a serious good look at themselves , Yours
