Greg made this Official Information request to Invercargill City Council
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Greg to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Greg
Dear Invercargill City Council,
Request under the Official Information Act
I am writing to formally request all documentation held by the Invercargill City Council (ICC) regarding its role in, and implementation of, initiatives associated with the "Fourth Industrial Revolution" (4IR) and "Agenda 2030."
Specifically, I am requesting information concerning:
1. Strategic Role and Partnerships: Documentation detailing the ICC’s involvement with the World Economic Forum (WEF), the United Nations (UN), or financial entities such as Blackrock in relation to regional development and corporate marketing strategies.
2. Smart City Infrastructure: Technical specifications, procurement details, and functionality reports regarding 5G/6G telecommunications infrastructure and the recent installation of smart streetlights. This includes information on any integrated technologies such as phased array antennas or beam-forming capabilities.
3. Data and Surveillance: Documentation regarding the purpose and operational scope of the Makarewa Data Centre, including its integration with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and satellite networks (such as Southpan or Lockheed Martin systems).
4. Public Health and Biotechnology: Any records or correspondence held by the Council concerning "Transhumanism," the use of synthetic biology, biodigital twins, neural engineering, or "Smartdust." This includes any information regarding environmental monitoring or the presence of biologically engineered specimens within the South Invercargill area.
5. Agile Regulation and Pilots: Documentation relating to the "Agile Regulation Pilot" or any DARPA-related initiatives involving light technology or frequency experimentation within the Invercargill district.
This request is made on behalf of concerned residents of Southland and New Zealand who are seeking transparency regarding the covert rollout of these systems. Given the significant implications of these technologies on public privacy and biological autonomy, it is essential that the ICC provides a comprehensive account of its current activities and future intentions.
I look forward to your response within the statutory timeframe as required by the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
Kind regards,
Yours faithfully,
Greg
