Subject: Official Information request - Deloitte report and contract management

The Deloitte report into Wellington City Council notes that there are big issues with procurement and contract management at the Council. Therefore, I request, from 1 January 2020 to date:

• A list of all contracts entered into by the Creative Capital Te Kaunihere o Pôneke.
• the time period the contract covers, ie providing a service for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or 10 years.
• the total cost of each contract? especially if it is more than 50,000 dollars per annum.
• which ELT member signed out which contract, if it went to the Chief Executive, or it went to a Council vote given the contracts are seemingly for a lot of money.

Once a report is run in the finance/procurement team for that list, could it please be provided as an excel spreadsheet. From the results of this process, I will then request fuller contract details, especially if they look as dodgy as this contract: https://fyi.org.nz/request/31486-welling....
