Dear Wellington City Council,
Please provide all of the consultation with affected parties along Kent & Cambridge Terrace for the cycleway project completed
Specifically requesting
- Number of businesses / organizations along those streets that council representatives met with them
- The dates they were met with
- Memo / notes associated with the meeting that was had with the parties
- Number of landlords that were met with / consulted with - memos, notes associated with each individual meeting
I am also specifically after meetings had with the fire service given they are directly impacted, notes from those meetings, dates of meeting and correspondence between the parties since prior to the project and since including emails between the parties, internal memos
Ultimately all correspondence - please include all correspondence between the parties for Wellington projects in general and impact on emergency services across the region.
