flood designation of September 2021

Dear South Waikato District Council,

Can I please have the following information:
1) What firm/organization completed the evaluation that resulted in the 21st September 2021 notice.
1.1) Who in council is responsible for the evaluation both historically and now.
1.2) Name and position of any other third party consulted or involved in the evaluation (if any).
1.3) Copies of any/all communications with third parties related to the evaluation and its results.
2) What parameters were used as input to the calculations used.
3) Full details of the software used, and pdf copies of the policies/procedures/standards used.
3.1) How many calculations were conducted and what were the results
4) Copies of any and all audits/reviews conducted by both the Council and the organization that conducted the evaluation.
5) Historical records of flooding history relevant to Tokoroa, their sources included.
5.1) What Soil/earth samples etc were sourced and when/by whom?
5.2) What precipitation projections were used and when/who calculated them and supplied them.
6) All communications between council relevant to the evaluation between all parties concerned.
7) A complete list of all properties affected.
8) Copies of all communications since the 22nd September between any and all parties relating to the evaluation
9) What is the current state of the requested "Height assessment" regarding my property (10 Lanark Street)?
10) How many "Height Assessments" have been requested and how many completed?
11) What plans/reviews etc have council initiated to manage or mitigate the flood designation and its impact on the district-town, if not why not?

If this list is too complex and is expected to incur cost then a copy (electronic) of all relevant files will suffice.
