Attached are details from our Rating Information Database. A copy of the
last rates invoice, and details of the metered water account for the
property.

 

Regarding the Rating Information Database attachment:

o SWDC does not levy different rates in the dollar for its General Rate.
Therefore Section 27 (4) (b) (i) does not apply.
o The Description column shows the category to which the unit belongs
for setting a targeted rate (Section 27 (4) (b) (ii)
o The Factor column shows the calculation for liability of the targeted
rates (Section 27 (4) (b) (iii)
o Elections and lump sum payments do not apply (Section 27 (4) (c)
o There are no targeted rates under the Urban Development Act 2020
(Section 27 (4) (d)
o The database records that a Water-Meter exists for the property. Water
consumption is charged separately based on meter readings.
o No information has been redacted.

 

Regarding the copy of the rates invoice:

o Information regarding account balance and payments received has been
redacted as this is confidential information under the Privacy Act. No
other information has been redacted.

 

Regarding the Metered Water Account attachment:

o This shows that $14,892.50 has been invoiced for water supply in the
current rating year. This is in addition to the property rates.
o Account balance and payment information has been redacted under the
Privacy Act.
