Do we have any idea why they are looking for this information? There has
been a recent case of fraud where Structural Engineering data
(particularly reports) was used to create false reports!

 

Some of the consultant information supplied is confidential.

provide the following response:

 

42 Logan Street

Attached is the initial earthquake assessment for the above address.
Please note it is titled Tokoroa Library Building, which is incorrect.

 

Council Offices-Torphin Street, Tokoroa

DSA report attached.

 

Memorial Sports Grounds

Events centre completed in 2012. No earthquake assessment has been done or
is required to be done.

No other buildings on the Sports Grounds were identified as earthquake
prone and therefore no reports are available for these buildings.
