on 1/05/2023 for a copy of the presentation or paper from our closed board
meetings. 

 

 
The LGOIMA requires that we let you know our decision on your request no
later than 20 working days after the day we received your request.
Unfortunately, it won’t be possible to meet that time limit and we are
therefore letting you know of an extension of the time to make our
decision, to 7 June 2023. 
 
This extension is necessary because consultations within Auckland
Transport are necessary to make a decision on your request. Therefore, a
proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit.
 
You are able to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of this

I had hoped to have a decision for you but it is taking us a little longer
than expected. 
 
We are still conducting consultations within Auckland Transport and with
an external consultancy. At this stage I need to extend our decision again
to 16 June 2023. If I receive any information before this date I will be
in contact with you promptly.
