    Dear Mr Randle
 
We refer to your official information request dated 26 May 2019 requesting
 board meeting reports.
 
We have decided to grant your request. However, we have assessed the
 amount of work required to respond to your request and provide the
 information you are seeking. On this occasion, the estimate exceeds the
 allowance of free time we allocate to requests under the Local Government
 Official Information and Meetings Act.
 
Our charging policy details the amount that we may charge for the supply
 of information –
o The first five hours of time spent on fulfilling official information
 requests will be free; and thereafter a charge of $47.50 for each
 additional half hour;
 o Twenty pages of free photocopying, thereafter a charge of 20c per page
 for photocopying
 o All other charges incurred shall be fixed at an amount that recovers
 the actual costs involved.
 
We estimate in this instance that it will take approximately 25 hours to
 collate the requested information. The reports will need to be reviewed
 and legal opinion sought on whether anything needs to be withheld and
 redacted. Alternatively you are welcome to refine your request. 
 
In accordance with clause 13(4) of the Act, Auckland Transport requires
 that these charges are to be paid in advance of your receipt of the
 information. Please let me know if you would like to make  a payment and I
 will send you payment options.
 
Pursuant to section 27(3) of the LGOIMA you are able to make a written
 complaint to the Ombudsman of this decision. Information about how to make

I apologise for not responding earlier, please find an approximate breakdown of hours. Please note the 25 hours is on the upper end if the response is done in less than 25 hours the remainder of the funds will be refunded.
As the reports requested are confidential this would need to be reviewed.
