Thank you for your request for information dated 1 May 2023 asking for a copy of 
presentation for items in closed board sessions on 28 February 2023 and 28 March 2023.  
Please find attached the following documents as requested: 
•  Public Transport Recovery – This part of your request is refused under section 17(e) of 
the LGOIMA as this document does not exist. This was given as a verbal update in the 
meeting.  
•  AT Open Loop Recommendation – Some information has been withheld under section 
s7(2)(b)(i ) of the LGOIMA, as withholding this information is necessary to avoid 
prejudice to commercial position. 
 
•  AT Reputation Development – this document is refused under section 7(2)(c)(i) of the 
LGOIMA as withholding the information is necessary to protect information, which is 
subject to an obligation of confidence, where the making available of the information 
would be likely to prejudice the supply of similar information, or information from the 
same source. 
 
Should you believe that we have not dealt with your request appropriately, you are able to 
make a complaint to the Of ice of the Ombudsman in accordance with section 27(3) of the 
LGOIMA Act and seek an investigation and review in regard to this matter.
