Please provide, for the remaining items requested:

* all of the contents of each item except those particular parts that have reason to be withheld, and

* for each part withheld, the exact reason (section of LGOIMA) for it being withheld.

Thank you for your email dated 23 March 2014, which we received on the
same date. 

You are seeking clarification of Auckland Transport’s refusal to supply
previously requested information relating to items on the agenda for the
closed session of the February 25 2014 meeting of the Board of Auckland
Transport.

Under section 14 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings
Act 1987, (LGOIMA) Auckland Transport is extending the time limit for
responding to your request.  We will reply to your request by  9 May 2014.

 

The reason for this extension is that further time is required to collate
the information you have requested.

 

You have the right in accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA to make
a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman about this extension.
