pre-recorded sound-files used for the announcements at Auckland train
stations.

I’ve attached the official information you asked for
I refer to your official information request dated 2 September 2022
requesting the pre-recorded audio files used for the announcements at
Auckland train stations.
 
I’ve attached a response from Darek Koper - Group Manager Metro Services
along with the spreadsheets which include all the scripts for the PA
announcements.

Should you believe that we have not dealt with your request appropriately,
you are able to make a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman in
accordance with section 27(3) of the LGOIMA Act and seek an investigation
and review in regard to this matter.
