Auckland Transport (AT) acknowledges receipt of your request for official
 information dated the 18^th of March 2023 for a list of payments made by
 AT relating to name changes at Auckland train stations.

 I refer to your official information request dated 18 March 2023, seeking
 the list of all payments made relating to name changes at Auckland Train
 Stations.
 We have transferred your request to KiwiRail and City Rail Link. The
 information to which your request relates is not held by us but is
 believed to be held by KiwiRail and City Rail Link.
  
 KiwiRail will respond to the following stations: Drury Railway Station,
 Ngākōroa Railway Station, Paerātā Railway Station.
  
 City Rail Link is responsible for responding to this request for:
 Karanga-a-Hape Railway Station, Maungawhau Railway Station, Te Waihorotiu
 Railway Station and Waitematā Railway Station.
  
 In these circumstances, we are required by section 12 of the LGOIMA to
 transfer your request.
  
 You will hear further from them concerning your request.

Auckland Transport does not hold the information you requested; therefore,
 we are refusing your request under section 17(g) of the LGOIMA. We believe
 this information is held by Kiwirail and City Rail Link (CRL). We
 transferred your request in full to both agencies on 21 March 2023.
