This is a request for a copy of the AT Howick village upgrade plan which I understand the technical details of, have already shared with some community groups.
I would also like to request for any proposals made in the past two years for a possible improved Howick bus interchange.

Auckland Transport (AT) acknowledges receipt of your request for official
information dated 11 February 2020 about East Auckland upgrade plan.

Good Morning Zhiming,
I refer to your official information request dated 11 February 2020 for
1.Howick Village Upgrade.
We have transferred your request regarding the Howick Village Upgrade to
Auckland Council as this information is not held by us and is more closely
connected with the functions of Auckland Council. In these circumstances,
we are required by section 12 of the Local Government Official Information
and Meetings Act 1987, (LGOIMA) to transfer your request. You will hear
from Auckland Council regarding your request.
2.Howick Bus Interchange.
There are no plans for a Bus Interchange in Howick. Once the Auckland
Manukau Eastern Transport Initiative (AMETI) project is extended to
include Botany Town Centre, an upgraded facility will be constructed.
Your request for information on the Howick Bus Interchange is therefore
refused under section 17(e) of the Local Government Official Information
and Meetings Act 1987, (LGOIMA) as the information does not exist.
You have the right to ask the Ombudsman to review how we’ve responded to
