KPI's

Sophie made this Official Information request to Auckland Council

The request was partially successful.

From: Sophie

Dear Auckland Council,

1. I would like to know what are the KPI's for people employed by the Auckland Council (including CCO's) earning $250.000 and above.

2. Could you please also let me know whether the KPI's targets are likely to be met in the financial year ending 31 July 2020.

Yours faithfully,

Sophie B.

From: Sophie

Further to my previous email, I would like to see monthly and yearly KPI's for the period mentioned in my previous email.

Ideally, it can be shown in a graphic form comparing the financial year ending 31 July 2020 with the last financial year ending 31 July 2019.

I understand you won't have the data for June and July 2020, however, I am happy to receive a prediction of whether the targets will be met or not.

Thank you

Sophie B.

Auckland Council

Dear Sophie,

Further to our acknowledgement on 4 June 2020, we require more time to
respond to your request.

I’m sorry that we are unable to provide you the response today. We are
currently still in the process of finalising our response to your request.
Therefore, Auckland Council is extending the time limit for responding to
your request under section 14 of the Local Government Official Information
and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA). We will reply to your request by 30 July
2020. Please note this is a maximum response time and we will endeavour to
respond sooner.

The reason for this extension is:

- Consultations necessary to make a decision on the request are ongoing
and a proper response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the
original time limit.

Please note you have the right to request a review of this extension from
the Ombudsman.

If you have any questions please let me know.
