KPI's

Sophie made this Official Information request to Auckland Council

The request was successful.

From: Sophie

Further to my previous email, I would like to see monthly and yearly KPI's for the period mentioned in my previous email.

Ideally, it can be shown in a graphic form comparing the financial year ending 31 July 2020 with the last financial year ending 31 July 2019. If the graphic does not exist, it can be supplied in a different form, as long as I can see clearly how they are performing.

I understand you won't have the data for June and July 2020, however, I am happy to receive a prediction of whether the targets will be met or not.

Thank you

Sophie B.

Kia ora Sophie

I’m the LGOIMA Business Partner who’s looking into your official
information request

My name is Varsha and I’m a LGOIMA Business Partner at Auckland Transport.

I’m responsible for looking into the official information request you
made on 8/06/2020 asking for KPI's for people employed by the Auckland
Council (including CCO's) earning $250.000 and above.

The Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA)
requires that we tell you our decision on your request no later than 20
working days after the day we received your request. Unfortunately, we are
unable meet that time limit therefore this email is to let you know of an
extension of the time to make our decision, to Friday 31 July 2020. We
will send our decision sooner if we are able to.

This extension is needed because consultations with Auckland Council are
necessary to make a decision on your request. Therefore, a proper response
cannot reasonably be made within the original time limit (under Section
14(1)(b) of the LGOIMA).

You have a right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of
this extension. Information about how to make a complaint is available at
[1]www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or freephone 0800 802 602.

If you need to provide us with more information or if you have any
questions, you can simply reply to this email leaving the subject line as
it is.

Auckland Council

Dear Sophie,

Further to our acknowledgement on 4 June 2020, we require more time to
respond to your request.

I’m sorry that we are unable to provide you the response today. We are
currently still in the process of finalising our response to your request.
Therefore, Auckland Council is extending the time limit for responding to
your request under section 14 of the Local Government Official Information
and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA). We will reply to your request by 30 July
2020. Please note this is a maximum response time and we will endeavour to
respond sooner.

The reason for this extension is:

- Consultations necessary to make a decision on the request are ongoing
and a proper response to the request cannot reasonably be made within the
original time limit.

Please note you have the right to request a review of this extension from
the Ombudsman.

If you have any questions please let me know.

Regards

Jenny Hua
