The request was successful.
From: Adam Parkinson
Dear Auckland Council,
In relation to the St Jerome's Laneway Festival - 27 January 2020 event::
What is the amount of the Event fee being charged?
Is there a rental or fee paid by the event organisers for the days Albert park is closed to the public? And if so how much is that amount?
What are the quantum of costs incurred by the Auckland Council family, to facilitate this event?
Which budget do they come from and what financial contribution or reimbursement do the event owners make to cover or reimburse those costs?
Yours faithfully,
Adam Parkinson

Dear Auckland Council,
Thank you for your reply.
In light of those can you answer for me:
1. the costs associated with the parks, heritage, security and noise control staff together with the road stopping costs for the council family.
2. Do council family staff use job codes as part of the usual best practices for budget purposes.
Yours sincerely,
Adam Parkinson
