In response to your request for information under the Official Information
Act, here are NMIT’s replies.

 

1.       Job descriptions using salary bands

Our job descriptions do not contain salary information, however, we do
include salary information when we advertise Senior Executive positions. 
Salaries are negotiated with each individual, based on skills, experience,
qualifications etc.

2.       Organisation chart for international student department

An organisation chart is attached showing the structure of our
international student team. Due to personal preferences in terms of
privacy and to maintain a degree of anonymity, employee names have been
excluded.

3.       China based office

NMIT does not have an office based in China.

I understand all your job description now used SALARY BAND to indicated the salary
level, but it doesn't shows the actual number figure, can you please provide all your
salary band and it's associate number range, e.g. SALARY BAND E- 90,000- 120,000 etc.

Also, may I request your org chat for the office of your international student
department? If possible I would also like to see the employee's name of each position
within the department. If you also have a office based in China, please also provide the
org chart for your China office as well.
