Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) on 30 November 2023.

 

With reference to a TEC Event Backgrounder document, you have requested a
copy of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Nelson Marlborough
Institute of Technology ǀ Te Pūkenga and Air New Zealand.

 

TEC transferred your request to Te Pūkenga on 1 December 2023.

 

Your request is being considered under the Official information Act 1982.

 

Allowing for the summer holiday period (25 December – 15 January) you can
expect a decision on your request within 20 working days, by 22 January
