We refer to your official information request dated 6 December 2018
requesting the following information:

 

There was an accident that occurred December 3 (Monday) around
8:55AM-9:05AM in Green Lane East coming from the Southern Motorway. A
white lory truck hit an orange Honda Fit while at the giveway area near
the roundabout. The police will be making the arrangements for the CCTV
footage as a report is already filed. Thank you for your assistance.

 

We have transferred your request to NZTA the camera at this location
belongs to NZTA, in these circumstances we are required by section 12 of
the LGOIMA to transfer your request.
