CCTV Footage request - Car Accident Southern motorway exit 428

Dear Auckland Transport,
We are requesting CCTV footage of an accident today (9th April 2023: approx 1.10 - 1.15pm) at the start of exit 428 (exiting the Southern Motorway onto the North Western Motorway).
We were in a grey Mitsubishi Outlander, in the exit lane when another vehicle (I believe it was a black VW, possibly a Golf GTI) in the lane beside us (which continues on the motorway) suddenly started moving into our lane and straight into the front of our car.
We had to brake to avoid being shunted by them into the wall. They narrowly missed us - and drove off. At the same time the car behind us then rear ended us.
We were all in shock, and none of us got the vehicle's registration number.
If available, we would like to request footage of this incident please - along with the registration plate number of the car.

By law, the authority should normally have responded promptly and by May 09, 2023.

Since this happened on the motorway it's more likely NZTA would have the footage.
