Haw many dispute tribunal & district court matters have been heard with respect to Wilson Parking and parking enforcement services

Dear Ministry of Justice,

the private parking company Wilson Parking New Zealand limited once had a subsidiary called parking enforcement services Limited, this company has now been removed from the company register but an undisclosed entity using the trading name parking enforcement services manages car parks throughout the country and alleges that it enters into " contracts " with the users .

By way of OIA please advise how many district court and dispute tribunal hearings have been brought by or against parking enforcement services and or Wilson parking new Zealand Limited since July 2009 .
