Dear Ministry of Justice, URGENT ..urgency due to ongoing defamation

On the district court web site a document can be found which is defamatory in that it alleges that I have harassed one Paul Lane

this document is not a true documented and is in breach of the public records act.

It has been located by the PSPLA and on the basis of it has placed my professional licence in jeopardy and with this my sole source of income

Please provide all documents and legal basis for that document to have been posted on a public web site , there must be a paper trail that kind of thing just does not happen , I wish the identities of all persons involved in posting this fictitious document

Please provide me with the full details of the the alleged claim of Paul lane and please explain why there is a judgement in his favour when I have never met him seen him don't even know who he is yet I have allegedly harassed him

this is a serious matter which totally questions the integrity of court documents.

I further request that the document is immediately removed and that an apology and retraction is issued in accordance with section 25 of the defamation act.

it is correct that the courts judicial functions are excluded from the OIA but there is no statute which covers the publication of documents with " anonymised names". further there are specific exclusions with regards to some acts and the availability of decisions relating to those acts. the publication of this particular document appears to breach the DC rules

but with regard to publications generally the pulic records act has to be followed and that means that records have to be correct by putting names in of what could be another person the records are alterd and do not comply with the public records act.

publication on a web site is not a judicial function . please provide the grounds on which the names are changed and the public record is altered.

and also the exclusion for publication that you rely on so as to publish this particular record contrary to the legislation provisions.
