Number of family court cases appealed in the high court?

I would like to know the number of family court cases applications and applicants appealed in the high court by year appeal/judicial reviews (2000 to 2018), per year ,gender and the outcome of the appeals if dismissed or accepted.

Good morning Mr Collins,

 

Acknowledging receipt of your OIA request for ‘the number of family court
cases applications and applicants appealed in the high court by year
appeal/judicial reviews (2000 to 2018)’

 

We have passed this on to the relevant business unit for response.

 

While we respond as soon as practicable, please note your request falls
due in the summer holiday period, and as such, you can expect your
response on or before 30 January 2019.  

The days between Christmas Day and January 15 are not “working days” for
the purposes of the Official Information Act.

 

For more information on OIA due dates during this upcoming holiday period,
please refer to the Ombudsman’s calculator on their website.
