Zane Collins made this Official Information request to Ministry of Justice

Response to this request is long overdue. By law Ministry of Justice should have responded by now (details and exceptions). You can complain to the Ombudsman.

From: Zane Collins

Dear Ministry of Justice,

Chief District Court Judge Jan-Marie Doogue said in the below article

"All District Court judges, including Family Court judges, receive regular ongoing education on family and sexual violence, and the approaches required to make sound decisions and we devote considerable resources to keeping up with latest knowledge"

I would like to request the list and details of the "ongoing education and training given to family court judges" as stated by Chief District Court Judge Jan-Marie Doogue in the below newspaper article.
