Dear Palmerston North City Council,

This request is in regards to the notice of resource consent for the application SUBDIVISION (SUB 5501) dated 4/3/2020, In SUBDIVISION (SUB 5501) Conditions:
section 7 it states: "Prior to approval under Section 224 of the Act, the consent holder shall make a written statement to Council detailing how the above conditions have been met."

I kindly request a copy of the written statement the consent holder made to council under section 7 of this subdivision resource consent. The consent holders in this case would be Matt and Ngaire Currie.

Please note this section was previously known as 164 Turitea Road. It is now known as 2 Te Pirangi Way.

We believe you are making reference to response information provided by Pdf to you in March 2025 - LGOIMA SRC0255457. Please confirm if that is correct. If that is the case, we are unsure what you are referring to as "section 7". Could you please provide the page number in that Pdf you are referring to. The words "Prior to approval under Section 224 of the Act, the consent holder shall make a written statement to Council detailing how the above conditions have been met." appear twice, on page 321 and 437 of the Pdf.
