I am requesting a copy of the building permit to remove outbuildings as required in the notice of decision as described in the following from that notice:

REMOVAL OF EXISTING BUILDINGS
9. Prior to requesting approval under Section 224 of the Act, the consent holder must
provide written confirmation that the existing building over the proposed boundary of
Lots 2, 16 – 18 and 19 has been removed or relocated to a position that complies with
the District Plan.
Note: A Building Consent application will be required to carry out this work.

These buildings were demolished on the afternoon of the 25th of December 2025 with a digger. The demolished remains were covered up with branches and trunks of trees which were pulled down by the digger on the afternoon of the 25th and the morning of the 26th of December 2025. The pile was moved in January 2026 to another part of the subdivision and the concrete slab on which it sat was broken up and removed from the site.
