This pertains to the notice of decision - resource consent for SUBDIVISION (SUB 5985) (Oasis #: 16306886).

Under the section conditions:

REMOVAL OF EXISTING BUILDINGS
8. Prior to requesting approval under Section 224 of the Act, the consent holder must
provide written confirmation that the existing accessory buildings over the proposed
boundary of Lots 2 and 3 have been removed or relocated to a position that complies
with the District Plan.

9. Prior to requesting approval under Section 224 of the Act, the consent holder must
provide written confirmation that the water pump shed within the proposed road to
vest (Lot 11) have been removed or relocated to a position that complies with the
District Plan.

Note: A Building Consent application will be required to carry out this work.

I am requesting a copy of the written confirmation that the water pump shed within the proposed road to to vest has been removed or relocated.

I am requesting a copy of the building consent application that would have been filed by the consent holder (expected to be Matt Currie) under items 8 and 9 above.
