I am requesting any documentation held by council in relation to Section 7 (Consent Notice Conditions) subsection (l) Overland flow paths (Lots 2, 14, 16-19) which states:

Any future development within Lots 2, 14, 16-19 must not affect the existing overland
flow paths within these lots by altering existing ground levels. Any proposed
earthworks to increase the height of the existing ground levels within overland flow
paths will require the written approval and technical certification of the Council’s
Planning Services Manager or their nominee in consultation with Council’s Stormwater
Engineer. A report prepared by a suitably qualified and experienced engineer in
hydraulics or stormwater management will be required to support any request for
approval.
